CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

Please cancel 24 hours before your massage to allow time for the appointment to be filled by another client, and to avoid a fee.

 

Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service cost.

Clients who cancel within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service cost.

Insurance does not pay for cancellation fees or no show fees. 

Direct Billing is available as a convenience for you as a client. Clients are responsible for all owing balances not covered by insurance. Always be prepared to pay for the full amount of your appointment in the case that your insurance claim is rejected or unable to be billed to due to online service issues (ex: insurance website is down).
